Your review negatively impacted our rating even though the issue stemmed from a minor scheduling conflict during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, when our team was limited and focused on previously committed projects. The job in question involved a small quarter-sized stucco patch — not an emergency, and we were transparent about the delay.
Leaving us a 1-star review over that, and refusing to remove it despite our efforts to explain, shows a lack of fairness and professionalism — especially from one contractor to another. This review reflects that.
