The roof on my rental in Lincoln had a weird leak ( oh no ) extremely appreciate Larry and his team that came out next morning. They gave a reasonable quote and fixed the entire roof next day. 100% Recommend do it once and do it right !

The Dec 2025 wind storm removed some of my shingles.
I called 5 companies and Larry at NexTop was the first to
respond, visit and give me a better than fair repair price.
I could tell super knowledgeable on roof and attic airflow science. He had an employee up and down the ladder like a ballerina with shingles, nail gun and caulking. This fellow removed and replaced shingles like a skilled surgeon, and more of them than anticipated and didn't charge extra.
Total skilled professionals . . Impressive service and I'm super happy it's fixed before the next rain. When I need a new roof I know this company is top notch. And Larry is super polite and considerate. If only all companies could be this good . . I got lucky.

Larry and his team were so generous with their time and terrific managing and executing our new roof project. We needed help with a roof leak initially and knew we were overdue for a replacement roof. Larry gave us great options and installed it right away to beat the rains. 😁 So grateful for Nextop Roofing!

Larry was able to come to my home at a moment's notice to get a tarp on my leaking roof to keep inside damage at a minimum.

When the roof was installed there was an issue created with the fresh intake for my heating unit, that was diagnosed by another HVAC company and I was charged a diagnostic fee to determine that it was an issue caused by new roof.
After speaking with Larry, it was determined that the issue would be address immediately (the same day).
The diagnostic fee was reimbursed to me as well.
If I owned another house, I would definitely contact them to have a new roof installed.
Fabulous company, great service.
Absolutely nothing but positive and happy words to use to describe them.

We had a leak on an old roof that we were not willing to replace. It was right at the HVAC/Roof transitions. 5 roofers and HVAC trades visited; two walked away, 1 tried to charge me to do an estimate for repair, and 2 gave me numbers. Larry and his team was one of them. I could tell from the handshake and the eye contact, this was a reputable company. Nextop's price was higher than the next, but I was looking for a trusting partnership. I got just that. Larry hired the HVAC trade and was off and running with them and his roofers. 2 days later, I had a new roof section with comp shingles to match the existing tile and an HVAC unit on a new curb, flashed correctly and professionally installed. I highly recommend Larry and his team top assist with any roof repair challenge you have. You wont be disappointed.

I recently had my roof replaced and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are professional, punctual, and efficient. Larry, the owner, takes the time to explain every step of the process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He even threw in some free gutter guards on the high side of the house when I mentioned how sometimes I had to climb up there to unclog them. I was very impressed by that.
The quality is outstanding — the new roof looks great! If you need your roof replaced, call these guys! I know they saved me money too!
