We’re leaving this 1-star review in response to the one you left on our business without valid reason. Your review negatively impacted our rating even though the issue stemmed from a minor scheduling conflict during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, when our team was limited and focused on previously committed projects. The job in question involved a small quarter-sized stucco patch — not an emergency, and we were transparent about the delay.
Leaving us a 1-star review over that, and refusing to remove it despite our efforts to explain, shows a lack of fairness and professionalism — especially from one contractor to another. This review reflects that.
Response from the owner:Your review is false, retaliatory, and completely unprofessional. I left an honest and accurate review after your company failed to follow through on a time-sensitive job we had discussed in detail. I followed up multiple times via phone and text with no response. I have proof of these attempts, including time-stamped messages. You did not return my calls until after I posted the review, which speaks for itself.
Calling my review “unfair” is simply an attempt to shift blame instead of acknowledging what actually happened. I expect better from someone claiming to run a professional business.
If you continue making false statements about me or my company in an effort to damage my reputation, I will not hesitate to escalate this through legal channels. This is defamation, and I have documentation to back up every word of my original review.
