Nextop was great! They came out in just a few hours after I called to fix an emergency leak and then followed up with an estimate for the replacement. We needed to delay full replacement a few weeks and they were very flexible to match with our schedule. The replacement was quick and they had excellent communication along the way. All the workers we met were very professional. Roman and Larry were really great to work with.

When we had our last good share of rain storms in mid-February 2026, I had my first significant roof leak since I reroofed with tile 25 years ago. I have a roof top HVAC unit, and to enable occasional maintenace service to the HVAC unit, I had comp shingles installed around the area of the HVAC unit. The significant leak in my house appeared to be coming from under the comp shingle area. I started calling roofing contractors and I either received no call backs or replies or that they could not help me. However, Nextop Roofing agreed to come out to look at my roof. The owner Valerii, showed up the next day and after his inspection he explained to me that the comp shingle area of my roof was not properly installed and that he recommended that the entire comp area around the HVAC unit needed to be replaced and enlarged. OUCH! However, Valerii gave me a reasonable bid, a 5-year warranty and informed me that he could have the area reroofed before then next forecasted rain storm (just four days away). Valerii's crew showed up early Saturday morning and Valerii was there at the beginning and the end of the job to ensure that everything was installed according to his instructions. Needless to say, I was very please.

I can’t recommend Nextop Roofing highly enough. They tackled a complex solar panel leak for us and managed to replace the entire damaged roof in less than a week. The team was transparent, the pricing was fair, and the workmanship was excellent. Truly an stress-free experience - thank you!

I had a major leak in a valley on my tile roof. I contacted Nextop Roofing, Roman set up an appointment with Jovani. He listened to my concerns of the damage and repair. Was very professional and knowledgeable of what it would take to make the correct repair. He throughly inspected the damage, and provided a detailed repair plan. The work was done in one day. The roof on my rental in Lincoln had a weird leak ( oh no ) extremely appreciate Larry and his team that came out next morning. They gave a reasonable quote and fixed the entire roof next day. 100% Recommend do it once and do it right !

The Dec 2025 wind storm removed some of my shingles.
I called 5 companies and Larry at NexTop was the first to
respond, visit and give me a better than fair repair price.
I could tell super knowledgeable on roof and attic airflow science. He had an employee up and down the ladder like a ballerina with shingles, nail gun and caulking. This fellow removed and replaced shingles like a skilled surgeon, and more of them than anticipated and didn't charge extra.
Total skilled professionals . . Impressive service and I'm super happy it's fixed before the next rain. When I need a new roof I know this company is top notch. And Larry is super polite and considerate. If only all companies could be this good . . I got lucky.
