Excellent Roofing Job – I Highly Recommend NexTop Roofing.
I recently had my roof replaced and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are professional, punctual, and efficient. Larry, the owner, takes the time to explain every step of the process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He even threw in some free gutter guards on the high side of the house when I mentioned how sometimes I had to climb up there to unclog them. I was very impressed by that.
The quality is outstanding — the new roof looks great! If you need your roof replaced, call these guys! I know they saved me money too!

I had some broken tiles and deferred maintenance. When hiring a roofer you don’t really know what they are doing up there! Larry did a great job explaining the process and showing pictures (sent to my phone). I also noticed several things they did that were not on the quote! They delivered as promised. Great team! Nextop Roofing is amazing! We had them repair the roof on our apartment building, and they did an incredible job.

Roman, the project manager, was fantastic from day one — super professional and kept us updated with daily calls on progress. What really stood out was that he didn’t just try to sell us on a full replacement like most roofers do. Instead, he walked the whole roof, made sure it was repairable, and gave us a very fair estimate with a warranty.

The crew went above and beyond — even doing some custom fabrication and extra repairs they found along the way — and they were always clear about when they’d be on-site so we could minimize disruption for our tenants.

It’s rare to find a company this honest, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend Roman and the Nextop team if you need roofing work done!

Wow! An amazing job with all the same work and materials but I paid only half as much as my other 2 estimates! Larry and his guys are absolutely amazing! Pictures of everything being done before, during , and after. Dont even think about having another company out to your home. These guys even matched the same gutter! Dry rot is gone new wood and materials looks great. Very impressed!! I would definitely have these guys fix my place. No need to have anyone else out to your home. These guys do it all. When they left, my place was spotless! Great job guys and thanks again !!!!
