Very professional team from the initial sales consultation through the completed installation. I had my entire roof replaced, including the addition of ridge vents and insulated TPO roofing on two flat roof sections.

I received five quotes, and Nextop's pricing was very competitive. I ultimately chose them because of their high reviews.

The entire process was easy, I simply gave them the go-ahead, and they handled everything professionally and efficiently. They completed the reroof in just three days and, even though they found a few areas that required additional work, they didn't charge me anything extra.

I thought my old 20+ year old shed was leaking, it was - through the walls. I contracted through Nextop Roofing to tear down old shed and put in a new Tuff Shed. They only took 2 hours to take the old one down and 4 hours to put in a heavy duty shed. They were quick, clean, quiet and thorough! Great Job and highly recommend them!!

The roofline came out well. The rooftop overall looks nice. I did not authorize our gables to be rebuilt. Now my $7,000 gutters are sitting on my patio cover

During the project we discovered that the roof perimeter and gable framing were severely deteriorated and required reconstruction before the new roofing system could be installed properly. We discussed these conditions and the need to remove the existing gutters to complete the repairs. Unfortunately, the original gutter system was an older style that could not be reinstalled due to its condition and the lack of available replacement components. To ensure a proper finished product, we installed a brand-new gutter system complete with gutter guards at no additional cost. We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied and would be happy to discuss any remaining concerns directly.
