Larry did a great job explaining the process and showing pictures (sent to my phone). I also noticed several things they did that were not on the quote! They delivered as promised. Great team! Roman, the project manager, was fantastic from day one — super professional and kept us updated with daily calls on progress. What really stood out was that he didn’t just try to sell us on a full replacement like most roofers do. Instead, he walked the whole roof, made sure it was repairable, and gave us a very fair estimate with a warranty.

The crew went above and beyond — even doing some custom fabrication and extra repairs they found along the way — and they were always clear about when they’d be on-site so we could minimize disruption for our tenants.

It’s rare to find a company this honest, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend Roman and the Nextop team if you need roofing work done!

Wow! An amazing job with all the same work and materials but I paid only half as much as my other 2 estimates! Larry and his guys are absolutely amazing! Pictures of everything being done before, during , and after. Dont even think about having another company out to your home. These guys even matched the same gutter! Dry rot is gone new wood and materials looks great. Very impressed!! I would definitely have these guys fix my place. No need to have anyone else out to your home. These guys do it all. When they left, my place was spotless! Great job guys and thanks again !!!!

Nextop Roofing was contracted through Rebuilding Together to replace my dilapidated roof, and they did an amazing job! In five days my old roof was off, the dry rotted boards were gone and in its place was a beautifully shingled light grey roof (for maximum cooling) with a near invisible ridge vent to add to my existing ventilation and a 50 year warranty to stand up to Sacramento’s wild windy winters. Very professional and courteous, this family-owned immigrant-founded business put in the work, including the weekend, to get my house looking right and ready for the next winter, which my old roof might not have been ready for with the amount of shingles it had lost. Couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s obvious they put a lot of pride into what they do.

Nextop Roofing and Roman were great to work with! They sent over a very detailed quote that included different options for repairs along with pictures. Once we signed, they were able to come out within the week. Very happy with their service!
